Hi ! I am a Registered Dietitian and certified Health Coach, and owner of Tampa Bay Nutrition and Wellness LLC. I began my career in the healthcare field as a  Health Coach 20 years ago. It was then that I realized how much I truly loved helping people develop healthy lifestyles. I also realized that I did not have all the necessary tools yet, to help my clients on a clinical level. I consequently returned to college to earn my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics. I have been working as an RDN since I graduated with my degree.  Working as an RDN allows me to practice, using all the evidence-based knowledge that I acquired in school. Through continuing education and membership in multiple dietetic practice groups, I remain up-to-date on the current and evolving science in my areas of specialty.

My office is located in the Westshore area of Tampa, Florida. I offer in-person sessions as well as virtual sessions. I am also licensed in the states of  New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

As a clinical dietitian, I enjoy working with my clients to provide evidenced-based medical nutrition therapy, and to help establish a nutrition plan specific to each client’s needs and goals. My focus is to help you to improve your health through nutrition  counseling and custom meal plans, which will help you to achieve your health and wellness goals.
